Basically this. I'm at the point where I have 79 dwellers (with 12 more on the way). So for weapons I'm keeping anything with an average weapon DPS of 15, but I don't craft anything lower than a 17.5 (plasma rifle). For outfits I keep at least 12 of each base stat extra (for 2 active crafting rooms), plus the ones in use by the productions rooms.As a nod to the epic Fallout 4 release that Fallout Shelter preceded, players can now craft clothing and weapons! This is great because a lot of the things you will craft are either rare or legendary items, which are difficult or impossible to find in the Wastelands.
