Lightfall economy changes greatly buffed the amount of Enhancement Cores dropped from Legendary Lost Sectors. Clearing a Legend Lost Sector grants roughly 3-4 cores, taking only a couple of minutes to complete with a good build. If you need Enhancement Cores quickly, it's not a bad idea to farm these Legendary Lost Sectors.I doubt anyone at Bungie actually tested this change at a relevant power level, unless their intention was for Legendary Lost Sectors to be the solo equivalent of a GM Nightfall for the first 8-9 weeks of the season.
