There should be a portal to the blasted lands in the portal room. Third or fourth from the left. It could be on the second level. There are two levels of portals in org I remember the portal originally being in the shadow cleft area of org. The portal room is inside the entrance hallway of org. It's a little hall off to the side in the little ...I think they may now port to Blasted Lands, but I can't remember for certain. I also do not remember if the dark portal will throw you in Draenor or Outland. I can't think of a specific toy or item that can take you directly there, though. The closest you may be able to get is using the portal to Shatt in Org/SW.

You can ride throuh Elwynn/Westfall to Duskwood, then to Deadwind Pass, following through to the Swamp of Sorrows, and then making your way to Blasted Lands from there.Getting into the Blasted Lands is a piece of cake. If you can get through the Swamp of Sorrows (you do need to be high enough lvl for that), you can walk straight through Deadwind Pass without aggro. There isn't anything in there except some high lvl birds that won't aggro if you don't try to go anywhere but the main road toward Swamp of Sorrows.
