The slide extends about a half-inch in front of the grip, but I like the look of it. Having said that I believe the 320RX variants are being discontinued in favor of the X line.We compare the Sig Sauer P320 Carry vs Compact in this article so you know what is the best for you. Considering the P320 Compact (not X-Compact) vs the P320 X-Carry, I believe the slide/barrel assembly is the same length. Remember also that there are two versions of the X-Carry! Dec 7, 2021 · The Glock 19 as a platform has been around decades longer the the P320. However, the P320 has been around a few years longer than the Gen 5 version of the G19. The Gen 5 G19 has all the ‘latest/greatest’ and is combat ready out of the box. It has less options than the P320 however in terms of grip tailoring. Since we do not live in a perfect world I am leaning towards the P320 Compact X as it weighs 25 oz which is the same as my current EDC the SA XD-E and is just a hair bigger in overall dimensions but carrying 15+1 rds thats 6 more rds than what I am carrying now with an extended magazine.
